Brendan Moore, a 25-year veteran of the food and beverage sector, founded and operates Twisted Vine Wine Shop & Bar. We are dedicated to being a specialty wine shop and bar that offers Pewaukee and the surrounding Waukesha area high-quality and high-value wines with fantastic service in a fun environment. We believe in educating and entertaining wine consumers of various experience levels by exposing them to exquisite wines and knowledge

Twisted Vine Wine Shop & Bar has more than 300 varieties of wines for retail purchase as well as a rotating selection of about 30 wines available by the taste, glass or carafe for enjoying in the bar. In addition to our wine selections, you can also enjoy our specialty spirits, beers, sodas and more.

Brendon Moore is a true and wise hospitality veteran and has a wide range of experience. From cooking burgers in a fast-food industry to working with industry's most talented chefs and wine makers, he has done it all. With a strong background of wine sales, education, and service, he has also mastered customer relations and restaurant management.

Brendan holds the titles of "Certified Sommelier" from The Court of Master Sommeliers, one of the industry's most prestigious wine education organizations, "Certified Specialist of Wine" (CSW) from the Society of Wine Educators, "Official Spanish Wine Educator", and "Top|Somm 2010" after being chosen as one of the Top 50 Sommeliers in the country in that year's competition organized  by the Sommeliers Guild.

Brendan has made food and drink his life and likes to share his expertise and experience. He has more than 20 years of experience working in restaurants and another 7 years in the wine wholesale and importation.
